The up front work they put in to make sure we're all on the same page, line, word, and letter meant they didn't blow the budget OR the timeline. Their commitment to our satisfaction has lasted well beyond when they handed over the keys. We remain absurdly happy with our home and would gladly work with TCB again in the future!
