Thomas Crawford Auto had my car for 3 weeks...supposed to be doing some warranty work on a starter. They didn’t even have it in the shop for most of the time. On initial diagnosis, they told me I didn’t even need a starter. I told them my diagnosis: it won’t start in the cold. They told me the starter was fine, after keeping it in the shop overnight.
