Things I love about Ross: He gets it done. He gave me tools to take a sign down (not part of his job). He sticks around to help with landlord issues post lease signing (not his job). He helps us find more locations and knows this town. Will never use another agent. ever. If he dies, I will bring him back to life so he can continue to be my agent.
