I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Walls are paper thin. I can hear when neighbors are playing a movie on higher volume or when they are having a conversation across different rooms. I can even hear when the person who lives above me wakes up and goes to the bathroom (I've never experienced that thin of walls from within an apartment none the less from a different floor). Dear people. Do not make a mistake and NEVER sign a lease with this building and any other properties of Dittmar company. The management of the building is absolutely incompetent, non-responsive, and negligent. The building has insects, cockroaches, and woodlice. If you are situated close to the garbage room, you are going to smell it all your lease term.
