Quiet neighborhood and tidy building. Public places like Rex room are clean and welcoming but rarely used. Gym is okay. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Outdoor space may be nice in summer.
We have had three packages stolen in around a month and management has failed to make any meaningful action to help resolve or improve the situation. They say they have reviewed the footage, it is inconclusive, and that we should just follow up with the service provider. This has been beyond frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Walls are paper thin. I can hear when neighbors are playing a movie on higher volume or when they are having a conversation across different rooms. I can even hear when the person who lives above me wakes up and goes to the bathroom (I've never experienced that thin of walls from within an apartment none the less from a different floor).
