Asked my shop manager and office manager to get me a price. Thomas quoted $225/yd. No problem. Got the bill and they added the following: $250 short delivery fee, $100 for fuel (we are 2.2 miles from their site) and $10 for environmental. Exactly 40% higher than their quote. This was never mentioned to either Hector or Dorothy. Only found out about it when it hit my credit card. They are a Swedish owned conglomerate who have 70 plants in GA, SC and NC. This is not a local "family business."
