They had me drop off all of my records and then I never heard from them again. When they'd call me they'd leave voicemails saying they didn't remember who I was, despite my paperwork presumably being SOMEWHERE in their office. Now here I am going into tax season again with no better idea what I'm doing and probably filing my taxes wrong for the second year in a row. Hopefully they at least destroyed all of my documents, since they're clearly never going to remember who I am.
Everyone at Thomas and Co. are helpful and friendly and prepared my taxes in a quick and timely manner...highly recommended....
