Thomas didn’t work with insurance company when he had my vehicle for over 3 months which cost me rentals. Placed faulty parts and’s didn’t show proof as dealer says, no way the parts claimed were replaced. Ended with me paying the dealership to repair my vehicle for money Thomas pocketed. After he kept the car over insurance time limit he kept lying about EVERYTHING and this went on almost 6 months before my car was actually on the road thanks to Demontrond. They have a sign saying they do collision. Went to get a quote and the lady says they don't do collision and they charge 85.00 for a quote. What?
