I highly recommend the stretch/massage combination. I always leave feeling younger. These ladies are knowledgeable on how to best treat my long list of health history and they’re always professional.
Anyone who exercises regularly NEEDS to try a session at Thomas+Co. I felt so much better walking out than when I walked in... completely loose and relaxed. After multiple sessions, you'll also notice better flexibility and less muscle pain. Thanks Caitlin and VIctoria.. you are the best.
