My employer used Thomas Co when we faced a pipe backup unexpectedly. Thomas Co was prompt, fast and came out within 1.5 hours of my initial call. The office staff was incredible to work with as they dispatched service techs out to our building. The tech had to come back out to fix a minor issue after the first fix. Great service! Nice, knowledgeable repairman. Got a new microwave, and they installed it the same day! Will use them again for all my appliances.
My old refrigerator died, and they had some refurbished ones at really fair prices. The delivery guys were friendly, on time, and did a great job of installing the replacement refrigerator. Highly recommended 👌
