Thomas Co has done many jobs for us and every single time they go above and beyond (even to the point of lending us temporary AC unit while ours was under repair) and ensure we are completely satisfied with their work which is absolutely phenomenal! My employer used Thomas Co when we faced a pipe backup unexpectedly. Thomas Co was prompt, fast and came out within 1.5 hours of my initial call. The office staff was incredible to work with as they dispatched service techs out to our building. The tech had to come back out to fix a minor issue after the first fix.
