This office is atrocious. The nurse practitioner, Amber, is rude. She doesn’t listen to concerns and states she is unable to offer assistance because “this is over of my realm.” I have never felt so ignored by a medical professional. I will never return to this office again, and I will be speaking with Summit Patient Services directly. Save yourself the time. If Dr Cioce isn’t available, wait.
Dr. Cioce, a great doctor. He is caring, easy to talk to, he take his time to listen. I have been seeing him over 10 years. Professional, and friendly and the office staffs too. I highly recommend him as your primary care physician. Thank you, Dr. Cioce.
