The updates about my vehicle being serviced were very non existent. I haven't had a vehicle for 3 days. And they haven't run any diagnostics on my car. I have work on Monday and because this hasn't even been diagnosed, I can't get a covered rental. This is an extreme inconvenience and it's costing me money that I shouldn't have to be paying.
Bad motor, refused to replace at 62000, then charged for the diagnosis..... SUCK IT!
