I took my Chevy Silverado in for a recall when I went to pick up my front end was all scratched up in paint and they basically told me that I did it and then I'm a liar because it was yellow paint and that they don't have anything yellow there now after I gave them a review from an email they sent me they are harassing me on the phone and calling me a liar and the service manager there scream and holler to the point where I had to scream and holler back and hung up on them
BEWARE of dealing with Reedman toll on baltimore pike. My experience with them has been the worst experience of my life, and Chevy corp is no different. After dropping off my work van for “traction control” lights coming on at Reedman Toll, it costs me $190 for this diagnosis and a day of work missed. I told James Esquilin (a service person) to order the part. He said “I got you brother. I ordered it”, when my receipt said customer denied work. Bought my dream car from Thomas chevrolet.I have terminal cancer and my bucket list was to own one.Well this sure didn't turn out like I expected.I should be enjoying my car instead of many calls to this dealership trying to get a stock item that was to come with car.I was lied to when i called them.They said they looked on the work order of car when new and it didn't come with one.One call to GM confirmed it did come with one.They refuse to replace it.Shame on you Thomas Chevrolet.You have ruined my special moment.Not only ... read more

I made my first one of two complimentary oil & filter changes, tire rotations and a 27-point safety inspection appointments for my 2015 certified pre-owned Chevy Colorado at Thomas Chevrolet.
