Got to the hospital on a bad night. After waiting 2 1/2 hours! My son was in pain I went to ask the front desk a question and the front desk personal are incredibly rude and not helpful nor sympathetic to people in pain. Get new staff Kootenai. I will be going elsewhere even if I have to drive to Spokane.
At the suggestion of several health professionals, I was transported to Kootenai Medical Center by ambulance. After a half-hour check-in, I was placed in a waiting room for three hours before finally being seen by a doctor.
