They scratched the paint on both A-pillars (each side of the windshield) and the right side B-pillar on my brand new CR-V. The scratches look very similar to each other, and they are in the same location on each pillar. I had hand-washed the car the weekend prior, and there were no scratches. I discovered the new scratches as I was cleaning off all the water spots left from the Regal car wash. I am 100% positive the Regal car wash caused the scratches.
