Unclear guidance throughout, and communication was slow to non-responsive. Especially difficult experience for internationally involved clients with more complicated situations. They were also difficult to work with and quite unpleasant in interactions. Had to terminate the engagement and switch to a firm that could provide more reliable guidance. Would not recommend for anything where clear, timely communication matters.
