He was terrible didn't do any work or find out any information. He was court appointed. I tried to tell him my mom invested well. I tried to tell him the will my sister provided was fake. Years later the trust people came and labeled the will as a forgery now I have to get another lawyer to see what was in her trust. I guess black folks don't look like much in the courts
Mr. Haynes was cordial and did the legal work we asked and paid for. However, I have called his office after his work with questions. I have called at least 5 times with no return call. Do not recommend….
Very nice guy that is a wills and estates lawyer. Extremely fair rates and hes honest. Hes been doing this down here for over 20 years, and hes got a great court record. It's not a big firm just a little family law office. Hes always done right be and represented me in court many times. I have nothing bad to say about him, you couldn't hope to find a better lawyer.
