When I read the one awful review, I couldn't believe it! Doctor Grana is a true professional. He actually pays attention to your records and uses the information which has been compiled about you. He has always been a wonderful resource and reference point for me, making appts with other docs and and setting up blood tests etc. I can't speak to the issue of office staff, because I've not had any problem with that, as far as I can recall...but the Doctor is the most important to me.
What can I say ,,,, absolutely the worst office I have ever been in , the staff of women that work in there ,except for 1 ,, are the biggest bunch of female dogs I have ever met ! Judgemental bunch of morons. Best thing I did was leave . I tried to be nice I kept my mouth shut but I would not recommend this practice to anyone ever .
