Dr. Bright put me at ease. Very kind, trustworthy, and professional.
After 2 years of debilitating discomfort, I switched to Dr. Bright and he fixed me within about a month. Dr. Bright’s whole staff is totally courteous and competent. That ,too me, is a picture of Dr. Bright. Although he is totally down to business.
I saw Dr Bright for the first time today. Front desk ladies were pleasant & professional. The MA however was rude, the exam room floor was filthy like it hadn’t been mopped in quite a while. Dr Bright himself was rude, rolled his eyes and condescending. He prescribed a medication that is usually prescribed for men not women. I feel like I was unheard and that my issues were not addressed in a professional manner. I will not be returning. I do not recommend this urologist.
First time visit went quite well. Dr. Bright appears to be both attentive and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience.
