The floor cross members rot out prematurely. Very expensive to repair and a major job to do yourself. SAFETY ISSUE FOR STUDENTS. Floor starts getting soft. Hopefully kid don't fall thru. Reached out to thomas and they didn’t even offer enough to repair one of my buses. They do not back their Product.
