Horrible experience with this dealership. Buying the truck was great, but after that it's been nothing but a headache. Service department is horrible to deal with, left my oil cap off my truck for two weeks after an oil change, couldn't fix a trim price that fell of my 2025 2500 truck. Failed to rotate tires 3 times. Refuses to acknowledge my bedliner have huge cracks is an issue when the truck is only a year old. Head unit keeps freezing and all they do is reset it. The Flo charger is disabled. Thomas got a lot of taxpayer dollars to install this and it should bepublic.
