Great overall experience. Good communication and special thanks to Liz Payne- Sales Progression Manager. Have given 4* as it would be great if managers that do the viewing knew more about the property, thankfully the owners showed up later and explained everything.
From the initial house valuation to the exchange of contracts the staff at Thomas Brown estate agent have been very professional and attentive throughout. Selling a house is not always straightforward and it’s when things don’t go to plan that having knowledgeable and experienced people at hand really helps. They smooth the ripples and keep everything moving in the right direction. Communication is key and Thomas Brown was in regular contact so I never felt out of touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
