Fiancé went in for measurements last week for our upcoming wedding and the older woman was extremely rude and ignored him and continued watching Fox News. Acted as if she didn’t want his business. He was going to buy something but she didn’t give him any attention or time of day. She huffed and puffed at him when taking his measurements. Also, all his measurements were wrong.
Ms. Annette and staff are super attentive to detail and fit. Made us feel welcome and was so easy to work with throughout the whole rental experience. Made my handsome husband even more dapper!
If you’re looking for a place with good customer service this is not it. My wife and I went in to rent a tuxedo and they would not even attempt to help me because I am a girl. The lady working in there kept saying “it’s just not going to work” so I ask if she will at least measure me so I can shop online and try to find something that fits me.
