I really wanted to have a positive experience with this dealership especially considering I paid over $25,000 in full for my vehicle. Unfortunately, from start to finish it has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment payment cleared, communication stopped. The salesman Siam who had been helpful at first went completely silent, no updates, no calls, nothing. Our 2020 Corolla Hybrid had a warning message “Grille Shutter malfunction”. I couldn’t open the bonnet. As my wife and I had planned to travel to Beechworth to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary I phoned Thomas Bros to see if a mechanic could help.
