Extremely disappointing experience. I took my car to them after their own technician confirmed both front and rear suspension needed replacement. They replaced the rear but said the front would be done next time. When the noise continued, I brought the car back, but they suddenly claimed nothing was wrong and tried to charge me $190, despite previously assuring me there would be no charge. Tried to get them to check one thing when booked in for a service and they refused to do so. Their reasoning was, we didnt state we needed anything done at the time of the booking. The booking was a month prior. A lot can happen in a month. The staff were dismissive, rude and would not even attempt to try and help us. Poor customer service. I have never been for a service and not been able to have someone look over something on the day. Husband called 3 separate times to confirm the price of the service. Came to day of service, and we were charged $300 extra. When my husband mentioned he had confirmed the price, the staff member told him that he couldn't take his word for it and wouldn't even check/verify my husband's claim when he asked him to. Very unprofessional and will be going elsewhere for next service.
