One of the best dealerships ever! We were six hours from home with a Triton towing a caravan that was losing power and overheating. It was Friday 2pm and the mechanics finish at 3pm and they were all under the pump and still said they would help us, thank you Skye. The Acting Service Manager Jarrod kept communicating with us that he would get to us and stayed back until 6pm and got us back on the road. I stuffed up my booking to get my car serviced at midday on the Friday before Christmas and instead of brushing me off, went out of their way to fit my car in even though it was their early knock off day. As I live an hour and a bit away, i am truly grateful to the service girls and mechanics!
Terrible Communication, service and experience. Currently travelling away. Booked in vehicle 3 days in advance. Dropped vehicle off, waited around.
