Car was due for service. It took only a few hours which gave me time to do some shopping. There is a courtesy bus to drop you off and pick up. Great service by all staff I dealt with.
Brought a 2023 T60 from this dealership in December, brand new under warranty. Was told by a bloke by the name of Danny, who I delt with for the vehicle, that at the first 5000k a free service would be available. Not specified that it was only at the selling dealership, not being able travel 8+hours back there for the service, I've taken it to the closest LDV dealer and told I would be charged $450 for the service. Tbh my experience went from a nightmare to amazing. They have a new service manager at LDV Wagga and he is a breath of fresh air. I felt like my business was dead to what felt like a unmotivated careless team there until I spoke with Tom who joined after my van first arrived. He revived my hope that my van would get repaired and I'd be informed and told facts not fiction. Team Wagga you are very lucky to have a service manager who cares. LDV service centre Wagga don’t care about their customers. If you are thinking of buying or taking your car there for warranty recall be prepared to wait for months without any form of transport.
