Extremely disappointing experience. I took my car to them after their own technician confirmed both front and rear suspension needed replacement. They replaced the rear but said the front would be done next time. When the noise continued, I brought the car back, but they suddenly claimed nothing was wrong and tried to charge me $190, despite previously assuring me there would be no charge. I really wanted to have a positive experience with this dealership especially considering I paid over $25,000 in full for my vehicle. Unfortunately, from start to finish it has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment payment cleared, communication stopped.
