Received 2 bills for the same procedure because the first check hadn't cleared. Sent another check, and both cleared within 2 weeks. Billing applied the second check to a procedure From 2 years earlier, for which I was never billed. If you visit this office, make them write down everything they've done. Told me because I never paid the first bill, they applied the second check to a 2018 test. Terrible way to do business. All over $16.83.
He might be a great doctor but his office staff is horrible. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen you will enjoy your visit. People like this are the downfall of healthcare. Good luck
