I scheduled an oil change for my Outback on Wednesday. Drove to Bedford but when I got there the woman at the desk told me I didn’t have an appointment because you can’t schedule an oil change it’s walk in only. I couldn’t wait 45 minutes for the 2 customers ahead of me to be done, so I am driving back out Friday morning
The service was great. Completed in a timely manner.
I won't own anything but a Subarus. I have been a customer of Thomas Cev/Subaru fir years and I won't buy anywhere else because of their service department! Cliff and his staff are great!
