Derek Lasch is the busiest salesperson at this dealership. After offering me an outrageously high price, I asked if there was any room for negotiation. Instead of providing a new quote, he told me that by not accepting his offer, I was wasting his time—which he considered extremely impolite. Very positive. Very friendly personnel; very thorough job done on my vehicle in a timely manner. Technician took time in detail after service to explain work done on vehicle.
