Good body shop and parts department.
Well, first I would like to say that Thomas Chevrolet/Subaru Sales team is great. Purchased a couple vehicles from them. Will Rose was our salesman and we highly recommend him!!! Awesome. In saying that, the Auto Body Shop is the complete opposite. Took my truck there to be repaired. Jason Walton was great and friendly. After meeting with him, the rest of our experience was horrid. The truck repair was delayed a couple times, quality of work was terrible. They had to redo the truck twice because of shoddy paint. We missed a ... read more
Outside of truck repair looks great. However, it took them 3 wks to do the repair where other places only took a week or so. Also, was told that they cleaned the inside of the truck and they did not.
The manager in the body shop was really nasty with me when it come to getting my car
