Best BBQ in Aurora I cannot begin to tell you about Thomas's food, but here we go. I have lived in the Aurora area for over 10 years, and being from the South, good BBQ is like water, it is a must! They slowly smoke their food for at least 6 hours. Most places here will either boil or bake. It is not the same. Their prices are cheaper than the chain stores. And they are about to open a extended dining area with comedy and jazz on the weekend. It is a place you will want to check out!
Is this place ever open? Having grown up in Dixie, I've been aching to try this place. I actually live about 1 mile away. But, I've never seen this restaurant open. I can only assume they make so much from catering that they don't have to stay open for restaurant customers. I guess I might be ordering some catered food.
