Rude doctor. Would not recommend
Literally the rudest doctor I have EVER spoken to. My wife said the same, and she works in the medical field. He is not my doctor, but was the doctor on call yesterday and today while i was on vacation and having breathing problems. I won't get into the long situation, but when he told me if I was having trouble breathing to go to the ER and get a breathing treatment. Dr. Flanagan has been my doctor for over 15 years. I have found him to be professional and very competent. He has addressed my concerns adequately whenever I have had a specific question or health issue. My only complaint would be his limited office hours when I need to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Flanagan is a no nonsense doctor and that is exactly what I am looking for. I do not want someone to sugar coat things, I want to know his thoughts and his directions, not someone who is going to worry about my feelings about my situation. He does a great job and I have been with Dr. Flanagan over 13 years now and he has NEVER not been on time with my appointment. Dr. Flanagan is the ONLY doctor on the planet that actually keeps appointments on time. Keep up the GREAT work Dr. Flanagan!
Dr Flanagan was my Doctor for over 20 years and although he is a very knowledgeable doctor, over the years he has gotten worse and worse as far as his bedside manner. He became very short and tended to talk over me before I could even finish answering his questions.
