They charge for everything. They don't accept Medicaid. You have to sign a contract. There a 50 dollar fee for broken brackets, 40 reschedule fee 40 late fee. I understand that we have to make sacrifices foe our kids but goodness. The wait time is one to two hours. They don't take insurance oh and let me not forget the 500-650 retainer fee at the end. The services are ok but not really worth it.
