I arrived for my appointment at 11:00 and was seen by Dr. Viehe and his associates in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Viehe's expert care had me going out at 11:20!! Now that's very good customer service!
I came in with severe shoulder pain and a known history from my doctor in Georgia, including prior cortisone shots and ultrasound findings that suggested a possible small tendon tear. I explained that I already have an MRI scheduled back home and was simply looking for a cortisone shot to help manage the pain until then. Instead, I was required to get unnecessary X-rays, which added to my out-of-pocket costs.
