I've never in my life seen a PCP show the lack of concern for a patient or have such a lack of knowledge. A PCP should never tell a patient "I don't know, you'll need to look that up yourself" Brought up the patient needed mental health care for depression and he did not provide any resources. Proceeded to tell the patient that he didn't know how to help them with that. Sadly he seemed more interested in going home than addressed the patients needs. Stay far away from this PCP!

I have been a patient at this clinic for nearly a decade, and the majority of my experiences have been positive, particularly with my regular provider, Arthur Nelson. If you need basic healthcare, you’ll waste time and money dealing with offices like this. Just subscribe to an online medication provider, because they’re too busy with wealthy people’s insurers. They don’t want your cash payments, so just go pay a foreign company slinging antibiotics for 1/20th of the cost.

I sat on hold with their office number about 6 or 7 times for 15-20 minutes and they would never pick up. I know they saw my calls based on their reaction when I came in. They called me on that number because they had no insurance on file, so I guess I was no longer a priority when they realized they couldn’t bill an insurer for a bunch of medically “justifiabl... read more

The importance of vaccination for public health is understood and vaccines are not generally opposed. However, when you ask for available information based on medical concerns and personal health concerns, he doesn’t have the time or the patience to educate you on the pros and cons. He would rather give you websites of the CDC to have you figure it out. Every question we asked was shutdown and was answered back in an angry and condescending tone. As first time parents, we had/have concerns, have the rights to ask questions a... read more
