I've been using this facility for a couple years now and I can't say enough good about it!!! 5 stars is too small. They were so helpful when I had to upgrade units. Their receptionist Lynsie is an absolute treasure. Shes so polite and professional. She gave a tour of the available units and always answers the phone with an upbeat and positive tone. Also, I LOVE their smart locks so much more than the manual padlocks I was previously using at another facility. Like I said, 5 stars isnt enough!!!
I had a great experience at Thomas Ave Self Storage! The staff is very professional, and the facility is always clean. They offer a variety of unit sizes to fit different needs, which made choosing one super easy. I especially love their Nokē Smart system—no more keeping track of keys! It’s so convenient to access everything right from my phone.
Very satisfied with first most customer service Tracy and Linsie very helpful and as a returning customer with them .Storage units are very nice and a big plus good 👍🏼 prices very nice location and parking space are really affordable overall very satisfied with service ❤️
This is the best storage facility I've ever dealt with. The staff is super friendly, easy to talk to, and have always been there when I needed some assistance. The units are bigger than I expected and super easy access. I really trust this business and I would highly recommend them.
Thomas Ave is a great facility with wonderful management!! I absolutely love how I can access my unit with my phone and don’t have to worry about having a key.
