Fantastic service and communication. JJ took careful notes on a very specific product that was needed to go in and very tight timing for a grand opening for our newest store. He arranged everything and the whole plan went exactly as expected. Super personalized service. If you need more than door work and you need to be sure you can count on them give JJ a call
A technician was scheduled to show up on three separate occasions but nobody showed up until the fourth day and no one from Thomas Door ever called to say they weren't coming. *7-14 Update, I emailed Joel in response to his comment here but never received a follow up.
