A technician was scheduled to show up on three separate occasions but nobody showed up until the fourth day and no one from Thomas Door ever called to say they weren't coming.

Driver of their van was tailgating me… “how is my driving?”
called 'em. they scheduled a service call and said someone would be in touch with me the day of the service. never heard back. called 'em back late in the day they were to show up. chose the service option on their answering system, and it just rang and rang and rang, and no invite to leave voicemail. A day later, still no call or acknowledgment. They may be good, but I wouldn't know if they don't show up. perhaps it was a simple oversight. I may never know! ok!
