Don't be a half hour late to your appointment they are pretty uncompromising and unforgiven and will turn you away for the day. I was shocked, the front desk lady came back with a smile on as if to deliver some good news, nope she was just there to tell me the Dr. Can no longer take me and has taken the next patient instead.
