I called the company to ask a general question about what type of work was allowed under my business policy as a handyman and was treated disrespectfully I would not recommend using this agency for any of your insurance needs Liberty Mutual is okay just not this agency selling their product I was told that if I didn't like the answer I was given that I should go find Insurance elsewhere I'm not sure what type of person would tell someone that other than somebody who is rude and disrespectful

We have been with Thomas & Associates for over 40 years. We've had no issues, no accidents, no claims. In April, we had a fire in the dash of our Hyundai. We have not been able to use the car since then. My husband has called many times over these months and the people at Thomas & Associates have said they would contact Safeco (we also called Safeco but they have done nothing to help us), per Safeco, they never were called by T&A..
