Purchased a used truck, contacted my agent Katie Rogers of Thomas and associates in Roanoke and she promptly addressed the changes to my auto insurance. A week or so later I needed her help also with extending my homeowners policy to include a newer home we are moving into. Again her prompt and professionalism attention is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her services!

Thomas & Associates: Allstate Insurance Agency is the best. They are easy to work with and very caring and knowledgeable. The Agents are helpful in getting you the best policy for you individually. I have always had the best experience with them. I will never change from Allstate or Thomas & Associates. A+ Professional Service.

This office is wonderful. They are friendly efficient and give you the best options at the best price. When I call and have questions they are answered quickly and explained thoroughly. I appreciate being able to have Allstate in my corner!!

I'm not dissatisfied with Allstate insurance but I don't understand why the rate is so high. It went up again recently by $22+. I've had this insurance since 2017/18, never had a claim. My cars older, I don't drive as much, it looks to me like premiums would go down instead of up.

They are a great insurance company! They are very cheap. I have two cars on my insurance and the price is very reasonable. I actually switched to allstate because the price was way cheaper than the general insurance. Glad I switched!
