Just finished building our home and we love it. From the very first consultation with Colin and Tash, we felt supported to get us to a point where the design was exactly what we felt we needed. Very happy with our experience with Thomas Archer. At every stage of the process we were handled with utmost care, from initial discussions and design through to handover. As complete novices building our first home, we couldn't have had a better partner. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa (our project coordinator) or Steve (our building manager) and we're elated with our new home. Would build with them again without hesitation.

The post handover experience with maintenance is very poor. Tarnishes the whole experience with TA. Responding to TA comment: That is not accurate. Initial response was reluctance and time frame given by contractor team was multiple weeks for return visit. Only offered prompt visit after escalation with TA which should not be necessary. Derogatory behaviour would be considered highly unprofessional and unacceptable by most measures.
