We had a wonderful experience building with Thomas Archer. The process from planning to completion was handled professionally and efficiently - the build was even completed ahead of schedule! The team was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We love our new home and would happily build again with the TA crew!
Very good experience throughout the whole journey, from sales through floorplan, selections and build. Roughly 10 months from sales to site start, and about 13 months from site start to handover. The build was not rushed, all issues identified by 3rd party inspection was addressed or explained. If you're lucky enough to get Megan and Mark(SS), you're in good hands. Very happy with the end result.
We have just been handed the keys to our new Thomas Archer home and couldn't be happier with the level of service, professionalism and care this company has provided over the last 12 months of the build. Glenn the Site Supervisor is easy to work with, understands your issues and seeks out solutions to problems that arise throughout the build. We enaged Thomas Arched in March 2021 and started construction in July 2022 to build a Custom home on a corner block. The architecture team were very insightful providing great ideas to leverage features of the block. The selection process was a breeze and their interior design consultant spent a lot of time with us providing great insight into a very daunting colour selection.
