I have purchased a few appliances from this store but the recent service I have received is AWFUL. Purchased a 750.00 Speed Queen clothes dryer in April, 2018, has been broken at least 8 times. Dealt with burnt wires in July and early September and now it tripped our electrical breaker. This store has done nothing to resolve the issue. So much for supporting the local businessman, won’t make that mistake again.
Sales staff recommended a very expensive and high quality washing machine. This machine broke because I have well water. The washer was fixed, but to my surprise I was charged $165.00 to repair the machine which had a 5 year warranty. By the way this was 3 months after purchase. When I asked about the bill I was told the warranty didn’t cover the damaged caused by my well water. I am unhappy with the quality of the Speed Queen washer I was sold and the way the staff handled my problem.
