We are staying Saltwater Suite. The owners were very considerate. They have many items that may have been forgotten for the trip. There are games, beach toys and chairs. There are tv’s all over inside and 2 outside. The house is beautiful and well stocked. I had a problem with the grill in the evening and Thomas sent someone out the first thing in the morning. There was a n emergency button that was pushed. I didn’t think to turn it. Great place.
Great stay in a nice 3BR/3B condo on the 17th floor. All necessities were provided and the security personnel around property kept safety at the forefront for all the renters. Would highly recommend...
We love renting with Thomas beach vacations! Nice, friendly and responsive to all questions or concerns! Our unit was clean- however when we arrived, the floors were still a little on dirty side. Everything else clean! Decor rugs could use a good cleaning and the window that faces parking lot can open and is a safety concern (especially if you have inquisitive children) but overall happy with unit.
Great location and view. Everything was top notch. There was some confusion with linens upon check in but the property was quick to correct. Thank you!
Great vacation!! From check in to check out our week was fantastic!! Ashworth unit 105 was exceptional clean. Condo was beautiful and had all the supplies need for the week. Will definitely use Thomas Rentals in the future. 5 star week!!!!!!
