I have dealt with Thomas Beach Vacations a couple of times now. The properties I have stayed in were clean and well kept. The staff have all been pleasant to work with and helpful when needed.
Thomas Beach Vacation...great to work with when planning a vacation. We stayed at Kings View Villas F3. (FYI 32 steps up to room) Recommend not staying if you intend to get rest at night. AC unit is on roof and is loud, vibrates and rumbles in one of the bedrooms. A complaint was made the following morning. 3 attempts to resolve issue with no result. Ended up 5 nights on couch. Best perk though the place was lovely and well decorated.
Thomas Beach Vacations was wonderful to work with. Our family of 19 stayed in Pier Pressure. The house ended up having issues with the A/C. As it turned out, a part had to be ordered and wouldn’t be in for the A/C company to fix before our time in the home ended. The team at Thomas responded promptly and made accommodations throughout the week to cool the house through portable air units. And they refunded part of our rental fee due to the inconvenience. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend renting through them!
Inquired with your office Sunday am about DVD player (not hooked up to TV) did not receive any response until Tuesday when maintenance stopped at our Baywatch #308. DVR was not able to be hooked up to TV. I had inquired prior to our arrival to be sure there was a DVD player in unit. I was assured there was in fact a unit we could utilize. Other than not having a working DVD player the unit was very nice as always and we always enjoy our weeks in N Myrtle Thank you!
