Wish I could rate them a minus 1 star. W/o going into details (if I did that, this review would be novel length), my doctor was anything but friendly. Later I get my lab results back, and online at My Chart the doctor says all my labs came back fine except for 1 thing. I go back to My Chart a few days later and that has been changed to 3 or 4 areas that are not OK, and half or more of the original lab results are not there anymore! So now I have to get my labs redone, but it won't be at UAMS. In fact, all the health care I'v... read more

Do NOT go here! My so called "doctor" gave me a prescription for a medication that I absolutely should not be taking! Come on, people, haven't you folks ever heard of the internet? The drug is mirtazapine, which no one should be on if they have kidney disease. Bingo. That's me, stage 3b kidney disease, and my doctor knew it when the prescription was written, which is inexcusable. I've never seen anything like this place (other than the rest of Little Rock's so called medical assistance providers). Baptist Hospital was where I waited 18 hours in their ER w/ a very serious injury and never even saw one doctor. I finally told them I was going home. St Vincent's looks like it should have been demolished 20 years ago. I've seen them all and its like playing Russian roulette w/ your life. UAMS is nice and shiny and clean (but the exam rooms look dirty and need painting) and the "doctors" are apparently int... read more

We have been trying for over a month to reschedule a spinal tap for my husband. We called and left messages, had one person call us back about rescheduling but never heard back from her. We even went to the clinic to see if we can get it done easier by talking to a human being. It has been 5 days and no appointment has been scheduled yet. We were told to call radiology but they NEVER answer their phone. Also, calling the clinic is a waste of time, I have left numerous voice mails and no one calls us back.
