Opted for a collection and drop off at my house which was great. MOT & service was done fairly quickly & I wasn’t left hanging on for hours like other garages can do. Had booked an extra service which I wasn’t charged for as it wasn’t deemed necessary in the end. Would highly recommend this garage for customer service, reasonable prices & no unnecessary filler charges.
Great local garage, staff are always friendly and helpful! Just called to see if they could help replace a blown lightbulb and they fixed it within five minutes of us arriving. We've used this garage for years for mots, repairs etc and would highly recommend them for always doing a great job and giving trustworthy advice!
I've been going to Thomas and Beard for several years now. They're always reliable, reasonably priced and trustworthy. They've gone the extra mile to help me with getting to and from the garage too when I've become stuck. I'd definitely recommend. Thank you!
