DON'T HESITATE, RETAIN TOM! I cannot say enough good about Tom and I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and has great communication skills. He sold my elderly parents' home quickly and efficiently. He was so helpful being "on location" since my parents had moved out of state.
