Lots of turnover, more excuses than services and you have to know your services because your case manager probably can barely speak English. And no, it isn’t because it is a second language. Literally, they have no speaking skills. No return phone calls, late paperwork, and lapses in services because of it. I hate that there doesn’t seem to be a better option. The treatment of clients at this company is genuinely disgusting.
I was assigned a case worker who came out to see me weeks ago. She seemed To be a very nice lady and said she would get me the services that I am entitled to, as I am a 76 yr old man in a wheel chair. Since then I have called and left messages,to no avail.However she did call me one time in that 3 week period but as luck would have it, didn't get to the phone in time. .....I am totally frustrated and now I will have to look for another provider. SO, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR HELP LOOK AGAIN !!!!
