I enjoyed Dr. Alexander’s thought process and educated suggestion to treatment and solution.
I had ACL reconstruction with a quad tendon graft by Dr. Alexander seven days ago and I’m already seeing great results. He’s timely, detail-oriented, and confident — the whole process felt smooth and professional. His communication with my physical therapist has been excellent, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up next week. I hope I never need surgery again, but if I do, Dr. Alexander will be my first call.
