David was prompt, polite & friendly. Explained what the problem was with our Gas Ducted Heating unit. Checked the total ducted system & gave it the all clear, which was very reassuring. An excellent service person experience for me.
Needed some repairs on my Daikin split system in an apartment and had a great experience with Thomas air conditioning. They were prompt, detailed and reasonably priced - they solved the main issues and even gave the unit a clean and offered advice on preventing similar problems in the future, all in under an hour.
Really great service by these guys Hard to find honest reliable blokes that turn up when they say, do a great job and deliver. Will happily recommend these guys to anyone.
Several months ago, the central heating unit at my investment property stopped working. My property manager (I won't name and shame), called someone out to look at it to see whether it could be repaired.
