The technician was pleasant enough but I thought the “service” was more perfunctory than quality minded. Washing the indoor inlet mesh is something any owner could have done. Checking the performance (at the outdoor unit when running) was not done. When I asked whether the hot start delay could be altered (lengthened) the tech admitted he did not know. The last time I had the Daikin serviced (with another company) the tech did all this. I won’t be using Thomas Aircon ago and feel the fee was money poorly spent.
Excellent company to work with, very professional and prompt. Apparently my heater was "unrepairable" thankfully I found Thomas Air who had me back up and running in under a week. Many thanks to Tyrone and Luke.
